MiningBRAHM-AKSH
A spotter cannot see behind every reversing dumper, and no one can walk every haul road each shift. Brahm-Aksh flags a person in the path of a reversing dumper at the loading point. On a vehicle, the same device grades the haul road.
For opencast mines: loading points, dump points and haul roads.

What it does
One device. Fixed at a loading point, or on a vehicle on the haul road.
Worker Safety · Loading points
Such as the space behind a reversing dumper, or the edge of a dump point.
It checks if a dumper or loader is in the zone, and if it is moving.
Heads are blurred on the device. Your safety officer adds a reason code: near miss, authorised spotter or false alarm.
Will flag a person who has fallen, and a light vehicle hidden in a dumper's blind zone.
Asset Integrity · Haul roads
Ruts, potholes, standing water and spillage, each with a suggested job.
Minor (dumpers pass), slows dumpers, or a hazard to close or fix.
The grade mix, the worst finding and the jobs, for each run.
It counts people. It never identifies them. Worker Safety works beside your spotter. It is not a certified proximity warning device.
Getting started
No two mines are the same.
Your safety officer marks the danger zones at each loading and dump point.
We install the device at your loading point and set it up.
Your team checks its alerts against your own near-miss register.
Zone alerts go live only after your mine manager signs off.
Next step
Start with one device at one loading or dump point, or on one haul road. You don't change how you operate.
