Asset IntegrityBRAHM-AKSH
Visual checks at hold points are slow, they vary between inspectors, and the paperwork holds up dispatch. A Brahm-Aksh Edge AI device at your site grades rust, blistering and adhesion on the ASTM scales your inspectors already use. A certified inspector confirms, regrades or rejects every finding, then signs.
For wagon builders, coating applicators, ship repair yards, fabricators and foundries.

What it does
One device at your hold point. It grades on the scales your inspectors already use.
Grading · ASTM scales
Grades rust on painted steel, from 10 (no rust) down to 0.
Grades blister size and frequency, such as 8F or 6M.
Grades the tape-test result, from 5B down to 0B.
Review · Record
Your inspector confirms, regrades or rejects each one. A rejection needs a reason.
Grades, decisions and reasons in one record. Sign-off stays blocked until every finding is reviewed.
The device grades. A person decides. It does not replace DFT gauges, holiday tests or pull-off adhesion. The certified inspector signs.
Getting started
No two lines are the same.
Your QC head tells us the coating spec, the scales and the pass grade at each hold point.
We install the device at your hold point and set it up.
Your inspectors compare its grades with their own.
Grades go into your QC record only after your QC head signs off.
Next step
Start with one device at one hold point on one line. You don't change how you inspect.
